We are a group of five friends. Born and raised in Kenya, we all went through the primary and high school education system in Kenya before coming to the United States for college education. Currently, we are working in the United States in the following areas: law, public health, and public policy. We came up with the concept of Vision for Kenya, after numerous consultations and brainstorming sessions. The idea is based on having an ultimate goal of giving back to the under privileged within the marginalized communities in the Kenyan society, by leveraging our positions here in the United States. Vision For Kenya, NFP provides an avenue and vehicle through which we can successfully achieve our intended goal for the rural community. |
